Yoga Levels I & II
Kripalu-based Hatha yoga for beginner and intermediate students. Classes include conscious breathwork (pranayama), postures (asanas), breath synchronized movement (Vinyasa), relaxation and meditation. 1.25 hours
Space is limited. Pre-registration is highly suggested. Ongoing registration is accepted. Please call 203-210-5780. $120.00 for 8-week session. $20.00 drop-in fee, please call ahead to reserve a spot.
Private Yoga Class
A yoga class designed specifically with your needs in mind. Come to our relaxing studio space or let us come to you, whatever works best for your schedule. Reduce stress, build strength, increase flexibility, learn ways to manage the stress and challenges in your body, your mind and your life. Great alone or with a friend or significant other. A great gift idea for someone you care about. Cost is $90.00* in The Studio for 1.25 hours
* For up to three people.
Yoga for Seniors
Gentle Yoga that warms up all the joints of the body, stretches and strengthens your muscles and helps your balance and focus. Leave class feeling refreshed and alive! 1 hour

Corporate Yoga
Let us come to you! On site yoga classes designed to reduce stress and fatigue and increase focus and productivity. Take a little time out of your busy work day (lunch or right after work) to revitalize and refresh, return to work or go home feeling ready to tackle the rest of your day. Yoga for Teens
This yoga class is designed for new and experienced practitioners. Bring a mat if you have one and a light blanket or towel. Wear workout apparel or comfortable clothing that’s easy to move in and come prepared to relax and re-energize. Erase fatigue and generate energy. Improve posture and feel better about yourself. Class is FREE! Classes follow the school calendar for vacations/holidays and run September through June. 1.25 hours

Fees and Policies
Space is limited. Pre-registration is highly recommended. Ongoing registration is accepted. To offer some flexibility, if you know that you will be away during a certain time before you sign up for the session, you may deduct these days (up to 2 classes) if you let me know which dates you won’t be in class. Drop-ins are welcomed on a space available basis, please call or email ahead to reserve a spot.
Please note that all sales are final. Exceptions will be considered in special situations (good for credit only, tranferrals may be accepted).

What to Wear and Bring
Wear comfortable, non binding clothing. No perfume, please! Turn off your cell phones, or leave them in the car. Bring a mat and blanket or towel if you have one (there are extras at the Studio). Please be on time for class.
If you are coming to the Studio for classes, enter through the "Office" door and sign in. Leave your shoes, coat and extra items and enter the studio quietly, respecting others who want to meditate before class.
